Welcome to Pain by Poetry

Writing has always been my go to when certain emotions surface, the one’s that you’re so over talking about out loud to someone, the ones that you don’t quite understand yet and the ones you just can not verbalise.

The poems you’re about to witness have multiple meanings about how I view my life as an addict. You will witness defend, determination, revenge, pure hatred, lessons learnt, insanity, clarity and god knows what else but that’s what happens when you’re stuck in between a rock and a hard place haha.

Dear every cunt,

I can not wait for the day your conscience kicks in,

And I will stand and watch you suffer

Repeat after me “grow up you’re weak and need to get tougher “

As I leave you there and begin to turn away

I hope every word you’ve said to me haunts you the same dam way

I hope you feel the pain when you realise no one gives a fuck about you nor do they give a shit about what you involuntarily put your self through

Get it through your head that no matter what you do they just cant wait to fucking blame you.

They enjoy to watch you fail

Because it reassures them they’re still holding on to that superiority rail

You know they’re no different to us right?

We’re only shamed because we cope with a substance and pipe

But they don’t realise that power and control can do more damage to their victims mind body and soul

Practice what you preach,

Your truth only hurts me if it’s a fact

But unfortunately, in that area you lacked

You know it’s reflection of how you see yourself, when in others you criticise I can’t imagine that’s good for your health..

To hurt those around you you must be hurt inside

I find it hard to accept that your heart is somewhat still alive

Can you even feel it beat inside your chest, I’m just curious this is not a test..

Imagine if I spoke to you like that and meant everything word I said,

I’d still be blamed for you passing over to the dead

No matter what I will never be good enough

It used to hurt until now I’ve had enough

Take responsibility you always say thank you for the self doubt I hope you do the same one day

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
